Antesendente : Gonoreia (Go) hanesan moras infeksaun ne’ebé kauza husi bakteria modelu diplokokus ho gram negativu no selula obligatu Aerobiku. Bakteria ne’e produs husi kutun ho naran “Neisseria gonorrhoeae” ida ne’ebé halo infeksaun hasoru orgaun genitais ba feto no mane, (Strowd et at.,2019).
Objetivu peskiza : Atu hatene konaba moras Gonore ba pasiente husi joven to adultu ho idade 15-49 anus iha Hospital Regional Eduardu Ximenes (HoREX) Baucau iha Tinan 2023.
Metode peskiza : metode peskiza ne’ebe uza mak deskrisaun kualitativu. Deskrisaun kualitativu hanesan atu hare ba kualidade teknika ne’ebe kolekta amostra husi pasiente sira ne’ebe mai konsulta iha Hospital HoREX Baucau.
Rezultadu peskiza : Husi rezultadu peskiza kona ba “Deskrisaun ezaminasaun sekresaun uretral no vaginal ba pasiente moras gonoreia ho idade 15-49 anos uza metodu kolorizasaun gram (gram staining) iha Hospital Regional Eduardu Ximenes (HoREX) Baucau”. Hahu husi loron 01 fulan Agusto 2023 ho total amostra 34 ho resultadu hetan positivu (+) 10 ho pursentu 29% no negativu 24 ho pursentu 71% husi total pursentu ikus hamutuk 100%.
Konkluzaun : Bazeia ba rezultadu peskiza ne’ebe iha hetan konkluzaun katak iha ezaminasaun ba amostra sekresaun uretral no vaginal ho total 34 pasiente ho rezultadu positivu 10 ho nia pursentu 29% no negativu 24 ho pursentu 71% husi total pursentu ikus hamutuk 100%. Husi rezultadu ida ne’e foti sai hanesan konkluzaun ida katak iha duni moras gonoreia ne’ebe afeita ba iha populasaun.

Previous : Gonorrhea (GO) is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium of the diplococcus model with negative and aerobic ligament cells. This bacterium is produced by the name “ Neisseria gonorrhea” which make infection against the genital organs of both men and woman,(Strode et al., 2019).
Research objectives : to find out and describe the gonorrhea disease of patients aged 15-49 years at the regional hospital Eduardo Ximenes (HoREX) Baucau in 2023.
Research methods : The method used is a qualitative description. A qualitative description. A qualitative description is to look at the technical quality of the sample collection of parients who come to the HoREX Hospital in Baucau.
Research findings : from the research results on the “Description of the examination of the secretion of the urethra and vaginal of gonorrhea patients aged 15-49 years old using the method of gram colonisation at the Regional Hospital Eduardu Ximenes (HoREX) Baucau” from August 01st 2023 with a total of 34 samples with ampositive score of 10 with 29% and a negative score of 24 with a total of 71% of the last 100%.
Conclusion : Based on the findings of the research it was concluded that there was an examination of the sample of uretra and vaginal secretion with a total of 34 patients with 10 positive results with a 29% and a negative 24 with a 71% of the last 100%. This conclusion is made that there is a disease of gonorrhea that affects the population.
