Research methodology: the research methodology used in this research is the descriptive qualitative (Notoatmodjo, 2015). the purpose is to identify the problems or conditions that are afected by chil feces and the suspected ascariases lumbricoides in hospital nasional guido valadares Ressearch findings: according to the results of the examination of the child with the suspected lumbrivcoides ascaries the total population obtained were normal 30 samples and abnormal 2 samples with 100% percent. Conclution: based on the results of the survey and the explanation of the feces of the child with the suspected lumbricoides ascarias aged 3-7 years in the national hospital laboratory guido valadares it can be concluded that the examination of the feces of the child with the suspected lumbricoides ascaries with 32 respondents obtained a normal category of 30 (94%) and abnormal 2 (6 %) of the respondents model.
