DESCRIPTION THE LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE MOTHER IMMUNISATION OF BABIES’ AGE 0-12 MONTHS AT THE BAGUIA HEALTH THE CENTER BAGUIA POST ADMINISTRATIVE BAUCAU MUNICIPALITY YEAR 2023

Previous: Immunization comes from the word “immune’’ which means that it can’t enter or remain. Children who are immunised or have strong immunity against diseases (Notoadmodjo 2019). Immunisation means having a strong immune system against the disease that is going to enter the body, so that the body is satisfied with the disease that is going to enter the body that is going to spread to others (Satiatava, 2020). Research objectives: to find out the description of the mother’s level of knowledge about the immunization of Basque for young children aged 0-12 months at the Baguia health centre, Baucau municipality Post Administrative of Baucau in 2023.
Research method: the research use a qualitative descriptive method, the instruments in this research was a mother who took her child age 0-12 months at the Baguia health Center. Post Administrative of Baguia, 2023 the total population was the sampling technique is a sampling accident.
Research findings: based on the results of the mother’s research on immunization at the Baguia health centre, 6 per cent (14%) were enough for 20 per cent (48%) and less for per cent (38%).
Conclusion: mother’s knowledge of Basque immunization in enough centres and more than 20 people (48%) reason mothers in Baguia health centres have sufficient knowledge of Basque immunization because lack of information about immunization and many communities are far away from the centre Health.
