Antesedente: Infeksaun respiratoriu aguda (IRA) hanesan problema publiku ida ne’ebe impaktu jeral ba morbilidade no mortalidade moras infeksaun iha mundu. Objetivu Peskiza: Atu hatene kona ba nivel koñesemento no hahalok pasiente kona ba prevensaun moras infeksaun respiratoriu aguda (IRA) iha Sentru Saude Abo Postu Administrativu Quelicai Munisipiu Baucau Tinan 2023.
Metodologia Peskija: ne’ebe uza iha peskija ida ne’e metode deskritivu kuantitativu uza atu hatene nivel koñesimentu no hahalok pasiente kona ba moras infeksaun respiratoriu aguda (IRA) populasaun 75, amostra 43(Notoatmodjo, 2018)
Rezultadu Peskiza: Resultadu peskiza ida ne’e hala’o iha sentru saúde Abo ho titlu diskrisaun nivel koñesementu no hahalok pasiente kona ba prevensaun moras infeksaun respiratorio aguda (IRA) durante semana ida, husi peskiza ida ne’e maka peskizador hala’o peskiza ba respondente nain 43 ne’ebe mak pronto atu sai respondente atu halo tuir amostra ne’ebe mk iha.
Konkluzaun: Bazeia ba resultadu peskiza kona ba Diskrisaun nivel koñesimentu no hahalok pasiente kona ba prevensaun moras infeksaun respiratorio aguda (IRA) iha sentru saude abo postu administrativu quelicai munisipiu baucau tinan 2023 ho respondene hamutuk ema nain 43 ho koñesimentu ne’ebé diak hamutuk 15 respondente ho nia pursentu (26%) no respondente ne’ebé naton hamutuk 8 respondente ho nia pursentu (14%), no respondente ne’ebe menus hamutuk 20 respondente ho nia pursentu (35%). husi dadus refere identifika katak koñesimentu kona ba moras IRA iha sentru saude abo hatudu ona katak maioria pasiente koñesimentu menus tanba la asessu informasaun kona ba moras infeksaun respiratorio aguda (IRA).

Introduction: acute respiratory infection (IRA) is a public problem that has a general impact on the mobility and mortality of infectious diseases in the world. Almost 40 million or 1000 million deaths with a percentage of 15% - The risk group is that adult and launched children occur in advanced countries in the World Health Organization (WHO, 2018).
Research Objectives: To learn about the patient's level of knowledge and behavior in preventing acute respiratory infections (IRA) at the Abo Health Centre of the Quelicai Administrative Post in Baucau Municipality in 2023.
Research methodology: used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method used to find out the level of patient knowledge and behavior about acute respiratory infection disease (IRA) 75 population, sample 43 (Notoatmodjo, 2018)
Research Findings: The results of this research were conducted at the Abo health centre with the description of the patient's level of knowledge and behavior on the prevention of acute respiratory infection (IRA) for one week, from which the research was conducted by the research of 43 respondents who were willing to be respondents to follow the sample available.
Conclusion: Based on the research findings on the description of the patient's level of knowledge and behavior on the prevention of acute respiratory infection (IRA) at the health centre of the qualicai administrative post in Baucau municipality 2023 with 43 respondents with good knowledge of 15 respondents with their percentage (26%) and 8 respondents with their percentage (14%), and 20 respondents with their percentage (35%) of the data identified that knowledge about IRA disease in the health centre of the balic had shown that the majority of the patient's knowledge was low due to lack of access to information about acute respiratory infections.
