EXAMINATION OF KABEN TASAK OF PASIEN TB TO DETERMINE BACTERY MYCROBACTERIUM TUBERCULOSE IN SENTRU
SAUDE COMUNITARY FORMOSA IN DILI OF 2022 YEARS

Introduction :.Mycrobacterium tuberculose is a bacter that is always found in abudance in society. From that species, mycrobacterium tuberculose can be transmitted via tuberculose through wind, coughs with phlegm and phlegm that has been infected with tuberculose bacteria.
Research Method : The research method used is descriptive quantitative to carry out an examination description of the phenomena related to the process of examining sputum in TB patiens suspect at the center of the Communitarian Formosa administrative post of Nain – Feto Municipio Dili in 2023.
Research Objective : To find out about the description of sputum examinations in patients suspect with TB sputum at health Centre Comunitary Formosa Administrative post of Nain Feto at the Municipio Dili in 2023.
Research results : From a total sampleof 35 taken from a total population of 140 who carried out examinations at the Formosa Comunitary Health Center Formosa administrative post of Nain – Feto Municipio Dili in 2023. With a total of 2 samples obtained that were positive with a total percent % of 6% and negative results there were 33 people with a total percent results froma all positive and negative sample totaling is 100%.
Conclusion : Of the total examination results where there were 2 positive samples and 33 negative samples, this shows that the process of examining sputum form TB patients to find out about the Mycrobacterium Tuberculose bacteria, there are still some that are related to this disease, where there is a need for assistance from health agencies to be able to share information about. That way other people who don’t know can understand the disease weel and can prevent it.
