Ezaminasaun utiliza metodu GeneXprt maka amostra4 positivuba TBC ho nia porsentagem (11%).
Bazeia ba rezultadu ezaminasaun utiliza metodu Zielh Nielseen ho metodu GeneXprt ba pasiente ne’ebe halo ona tratamentu maibe maI fallow up,rezultadu sei positive nafatin tamba kauza husi hemu aimoruk la tuir reseitas ka protokolu Saude.

Tuberculosisis a disease that has been known since the 1st century ago, until now tuberculosis has become a health problem in the world, and as a cause of death resulting from this infectious disease itself.
To find out the description of testing for pulmonary tuberculosis patients using theZielh Nelsen method and the GeneXpert method undergoing post treatment at the BairoPite clinic, Dili Timor Leste.
The research method used is the descriptive method as a study and also interprets an objects based on existing facts. (Notoatmodjo, 2012)
From the results of research on ” description of testing using the ZielhNihelseen and GeneXprt methods for sputum from people who have undergone treatment” at BairoPite Clinic in 2023. With the conclusion that patients undergoing treatment for incritical pulmonary tuberculosis confirm the results through the Zielhnelsen method with the results of 4 positive samples with a percentage 11% and a total negative sample of 31 with a percentage of 89% in mycobacteri tuberculosis. Testing using the geneXpert method4 positive samples of tuberculosis with a percentage of 11%
