ABSTRACT
Backgground : The problem of nutrition to the diskripsi of diet with status
of nutrition for the pasient that has tuberculosis disease in Hospital Referal
Oe-Cusse in 2023. Based on the national registered (WHO) In TimorLeste.
That has Tuberculosis total 100.00 pasients. And result Hospital Referal
Oe-Cusse the number of the pasient that got tuberkulosis total 130
pasients.
OBJECTIVE : The objective for this research is to look for Diet Diskription
with the pasient that has tuberculosis in Hospital Referal Oe-Cusse in
2023.
Method that used in this reasearch : This rearchuse the qualitative
method the process of demotrating this reasarch is that has to define from
desing or this research to learn about the dynamic between Diet
Discription and Nutrion statutu.
Result of research : My reasearch is implement during one week and
four days. And they my fifty sex (56) peoples. And they are ready to
respondent follow the decorate what is i have.
The result of this reseach shows that the pasient who are affected of
tuberkulosis disease at Oe-cusse main Hospital according to is nutrition
status for good nutrition with 15 (25%), medium nutrition with 18 (32%)
and low nutrition with 23 (41%).
From all the researchers showed the diet foods that contain
carbohydrates, especially those who consumed rice total 56 people
(100%). For those who consumed diet animal protein food such as
chicken curry totally 36 (68%). Diet food that containg growth protein they
mostly consumed tempe totally 23 (41%). Diet foot that the pasient who
consumed vegetables such as kale totally 36 (64%). Diet fruits for the
pasients basically they consumed bananas totally 40 people (71%).
