This monograph is entitled “O Uso dos Pronomes Relativos da Língua&#13;
Portuguesa aos Alunos do 8º Ano na Escola Ensino Básico são Mateus Maloa&#13;
Ailolklaran Díli” Based on the title presented, the following research questions are &#13;
formulated: 1) How the use of realative promotion of the Portuguese language at &#13;
Escola Ensino Básico São Mateus Maloa Ailok-laran Díli. 2) What is the importance &#13;
of relative pronouns in the Portuguese language for 8th grade students? The objective &#13;
of study of this monograph is divided into a general objective and specific objective. &#13;
In the specific objective, we intend to make the following points: 1) Identify and &#13;
understand the use of relative pronouns in the portugues language by 8th grade &#13;
students at Escola Ensino Básico São Mateus Maloa Ailok-laran Díli. 2) Motivate &#13;
the use of relative pronouns in the Portuguese language by 8th year students at Escola &#13;
Ensino Básico São Mateus Maloa Ailok-laran Díli.The method used by the researcher &#13;
is the quantitative descriptive method. The quantitative method is to determine the &#13;
Portuguese language learning competence of 8th grade students. The data collection &#13;
technique used is a questionnaire to students. The population of this research are 36 &#13;
students and a research sample of 20 students at Escola Ensino Básico São Mateus &#13;
Maloa Ailok-laran Díli. The result of the research shows that the majority of students &#13;
at understand Escola Ensino Básico São Mateus Maloa Ailok-laran Díli. Understand &#13;
well about the use of relative pronoun in the porutguese language in the teachinglearning process of this school and use them well in the construction of sentences in &#13;
the Portuguese language. The result shows that the majority of students perceive.&#13;
