ABSTRATU

ABSTRACT
Introduction: Hypertension is a blood pressure above normal blood pressure,
namely 140 / 90 mmHg. Hypertension is a condition of increased blood pressure that
gives rise to symptoms that continue to the olviola organs of the body. Ddaus
requested for the global status report non-communicable diseases 2021 by (WHO)
to claim that 10,1 per cent of the country that has just developed the economy has
hypertension. While the developed country has. Based on data from the World
Health Organization (WHO, 2021) the world's elderly people who have experienced
blood pressure. The prevalence of hypertension in the world is around 972 million
people or communities in the world 2.4% experience hypertension. This figure can
be increased to 29.2 per cent by 2021.
Research Objectives: To learn about third-year knowledge about Hypertension.
Specific Purpose: To identify third-year knowledge of hypertension.
Research methodology: This research uses a type of quantitative descriptive
research in a way to describe or describe the third age knowledge of hypertension at
the One-use Referral Hospital.
Research findings: Based on table 4. shows that the highest percentage by level
of knowledge of the response is the response with sufficient knowledge 19 (38%)
responds with a decrease in knowledge 17 (34%) and the lowest is 14 (28%).
Conclusion: Based on the findings of the research above on the description of thirdyear knowledge of Hypertension at one-use Referral Hospital it was concluded that
out of 50 samples, the majority of the respondents who participated in the survey
had 19 enough knowledge (38%) responded with a decrease in knowledge 17 (34%)
and a lower score of 14 (28%). For reasons, the elderly and the elderly are less
informed about the disease.
