xiii ; 38 pag ABSTRACT This thesis is entitled; A study on mastering of simple future tense to the first year students of Escola Ensino Basico EBC 3O Ciclo Debur-Butin funar in the School year 2021. The objective of this study is to measure the students; abilities in mastering the English grammar and to find out the students “to study future tense of Escola Ensino Basico EBC 3O Ciclo Debur-Butin funar in the School year 2021. What is their level of the simple future tense? The Problem to identify the difficulties was encounters by the first year students of Escola Ensino Basico EBC 3O Ciclo Debur-Butin funar in the School year 2021.And to find out their levels of comprehendsion in Simple future Tense. This research is quantitative analysis research approach methods and 20 samples to find the data the writer uses test. As the respondents, the data were collected though a test, which consist of 20 items, three types of test such as 10 numbers of multiple choice, 5 numbers of true and false and 5 numbers of filling in the blanks and they all were in writing test. They were score 69 percentage from 138 score of the students correct answer, the score of 31 percentage from 62 score of the students wrong answer the were score 0 percentage of students no answer in multiple choice test. In addition of students’ score 87 percentage from 87 students’ score of the students correct answer, 13 percentage from 13 of students wrong answer, 0 percentage of students no answer in filing the blank. The were score 59 percentage from 59 score of the students correct answer, 40 percentage from 40 score of the students wrong answer.1 percentage from 1 of the students no answer in true of false.The total results of the three types of tests that the students’ from score 75,6 percentage of 305 students’ total correct answers.21.82 percentage of 94 students’ total wrong answers, and 0,2 percentage from of 1 students’ total no answers in the combination result. In the level of students’ mastery, 12 students of the first grade of Escola Ensino Basico EBC 3O Ciclo Debur-Butin funar are categorized at high level achievement from 49,7 percentage of 200 students’ total correct answers,7 students are classified at average level achievement from 23,7 percentage of 96 students’ total correct answers,and 1 students are categorized at low level achievement from 2,2 percentage of 9 students’ total correct answers.
