Research methodology this research methodology uses quantitative descriptive. The research population is those who belong to the village of atelari, sub-distict, administrative post, laga, baucau municipality in 2024, the sample for the research is 32 people, using the accidental samplig Lack of parental Knowledge about disease prevention. Result the result of this research showed that the level of llow knowledge of parents about the prevention of hypertension falls into the the low category with a frequency of 26 with 81,25%. coclusion the conclusion of this is that many parents have little knowledge of how to prevent hypertension, so healt education is a way to increase parents knowledge about prevention.
