The World Health▁organizat ion (WHO 2020) has a high number of reproductive path infections in the world that are for young age as many as (45% -55%) and young adults (31% -44%). The Ministry of Health Statistics Report issued by the National Directorate of Statistics that for women of reproductive age in Timor-Leste from 2023 there were 690,309. General Objective: To find out the level of knowledge and attitudes of young women about personal hygiene during menstruation. Specific Objectives: To identify new women on personal hygiene. Research Methodology: Research design using Quantitative Descriptive, Research will be carried out at EBC Central Laclubar School, Manatuto municipality. from 21 May to 28 May 2024. The population was 9 ° years old with a total of 32 samples of Taro Yamane Uses Descriptive Quantitative Method Non-Probability Sampling(Accidental Sampling). Research Results: out of a total of 32 respondents, 10 respondents with good knowledge with (31%) knowledge Naton 15 with (47%), and less knowledge 7 with (22%). Conclusion: Based on the presentation of the research results, the majority of respondents had good knowledge and attitudes. Key words: Knowledge, Attitude,Personal Hygiene.
