Objective: To find out the description of the level of knowledge and behaviour of mothers regarding the prevention of diarrhea in children aged 1-5 years at the Guido Internal Health Centre the post of Ermera Municipality in 2024. Research method: The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive quantitative method quantitative that in general, the quantitative best research for the direct positivistic paradigm, with a sample of 31 still used, the research uses the sampling technique randong sampling, variable research prevention of diarrheal disease, data collection techniques using questionnaires and descriptive data analysis, ethics using informaconsent signed by researchers and participants before collecting data. Research findings: Based on the explanation above, the writer has the following conclusions: Observation of 11 of the best respondents with And 21 with 68% and 10 with 32%. Conclusion: In this research it shows that mothers have good knowledge and behaviour to be willing to care for and prevent their children from diarrhea in their own health centres and for communities there.
