General Objective:To Know The Description Of The Level Of Knowledge And Attitude Of Mother’s About Immunization For Children Aged 0-5 In The Clinic Bairo-Pite Administrative Post Dom –Aleixo Municipality Of Dili In 2025. Specific Objective:To Identify The Level Of Mother’s Knowledge About Immunization For Children. To Identify Mother’s Attitudes About Immunization For Children.Research Methodology: A Research Used For Research Is a Quantitative Descriptive Method that this  research is used to describe or design a condition or phenomenon in detail.this research, Data Analysis Technique : Date Analysis In This Research will begin in August to September at the Bairo-Pite Clinic in Dili. With a total of 71 samples from the population  of 250 sampling technique used accidental manner and independent variables mother’s knowledge (x1) and mother’s &#13;
attitude (x2) and variables dependent basic Immunization (y). Data Analysis :Using Univariabel technique and Instrument Using &#13;
Questionnaire. Research Ethics :This Research Uses Informed Consent, Anonymity, And  Confidentiality. Outcome Research : good knowledge 32(45%), knowledge enough  25(35 %),Poor knowledge 14 (20%). Good Attitude 36 (51%), Bad Attitude 21(29%), Bad Attitude 14 (20%). Conclusion : The Research  Results Showed that mother’s knowledge and attitude about basic immunization are mostly good.
