Antesedente: virus hepatitis B hanesan virus DNA minuskula ne’ebe mai husi jenus othohepadria virus no familia hepadnaviradae ho diametru 40-42 nm. Hepatitis B kroniku no mos kankru aten primariu.
Objektivu peskiza: peskiza ne’e ho objetivu atu hatene Deskrisaun koñesimentu pasiente kona-ba moras hepatitis B ho idade 20-40 anos liu husi ran vena ho metode immunogromatografia test iha Hospital Referal Suai Monisipiu Covalima Posto Administrtivu Suai Vila Tinan 2021.
Métodu peskiza:Peskiza ida ne’e utiliza metodu kualitativu deskriptivu.

Background: Hepatitis B virus is the DNA virus compasses which originates from about one hundred othohepadria virus the hepadnavirada family and Vietnam were 40-42 nmeter. Hepatitis B surfage antigen that has VHB infection. It is also a sign an individual who has a VHB infection. The positive HbsAg can be detected from fouritis B. Four are chronic and also the primary athlete cancer.
Research Objective: This research aims to understand the description of patient’s knowledge on four quarters of hepatitis B disease over 20-40 years old passed by blood viena and metode imunocromatography text at the Referal Hospital of Suai Municipality of Covalima Administrative Post of Suai Vila in 2021 years.
Method research: This research uses discretionary gualitative research.
Research Findings: Based on the results of the research conducted for two weeks on 13 December 2021 also on 30 December 2021 from 08:00 to 05:00 at the Hospital Referal Suai Administrative post of Suai Vila Municipality of Covalima. There were 19 men and 30 women in total 100 in the population.
Conclusion: Based on the receipt of the examination description of rian viena for patients aged 20-40 years, in the Hospital Referal Suai from 50 patients was four B illness ezamination. There are 7 (14%) patients who do not have four virus infection B with negative 43 (86%) patients who do not have four infections, in other words, no one has hepatitis B virus, and a positive patient shows that he has a positive patient, we need to be awere of the disease’s contamination of hepatitis B virus, which ca be spread to others and may be impacted on it.
