Resultadu Peskiza: Respondente ne’ebé koñesementu menus hamutuk 15 (44%). About 80% of deaths due to diarrhea in children in the world reach 42.000 every week, 600 per day, 4 people per minute and 1 death in 14 seconds. (WHO, 2017) Objective: The general purpose of this study was to describe the knowledge of mothers about the management of diarrheal diseases in five-years-old infants in Raça village, Lospalos sub district, and Lautem municipalities in 2022. Methodology of Research: The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative research, the population of the study is mothers who have children of 5 years there were 171 and the sample of respondents is 34 people. Result of the Research: Respondents who have less knowledge are 15 (44%). This is due to the fact that most of the respondents who have primary education level are 52%, those who are in junior high school are 21% and respondents about diarrhea management are still lacking 18 (53%) and those in the good category are 3 (9%). Conclusion: Health workers of the Raca village, Lospalos sub district and Lautem municipality sub-health center should regularly provide health education to the community, especially mothers of five-year-old infants specifically about diarrheal diseases to increase mother’s knowledge about diarrhea management.
