Antesedentes :Dadus OMS Tinan 2017 Deklara katak identifika kazu Tuberkuloza foun Milaun 8,8 iha Tinan 2017 milaun 3,9 hanesan Basilio Resistente Acido (BRA) positive. Um terçu husi populasaun mundial hetan ona infesaun kutun tuberkuloze no tuir regional OMS kuantidade bo’ot liu kazu tuberkuloze akontese iha Sudeste Asiático hamutuk 33% husi total kazu TB iha mundu, maibé se hare husi kuantidade populasaun hetan kazu 182/100.000 populasaun.
Objetivu peskiza :Atu hatene konaba diskrisaun nivel koñesimentu pasiente no hahalok fuma konaba akontesimentu Moras Tuberkuloza pulmaun iha Sentru Saúde Komunitária (SSK) Remexio Postu Administrativu Remexio, Municipiu Aileu, Tinan 2021.
Metodu Peskiza : Iha peskiza ne'e uza métodu mak deskritivu kualitativu.Total Populasaun hamutuk 100,Total Amostra hamutuk 50.Tekniku foti Amostra Acidental Sampeling.
Rezultadu Peskiza :Tu’ir rezultadu peskiza ida ne’ebe mak peskizador hala’o ona iha sentru saúde komunitariu Remexio,
Nivel koñesimentu Diak hamutuk nain 40 ho nia pursentu 80%,Koñesimentu Diak Naton hamutuk nain 4 ho nia pursentu 5%,Hahalok Fuma ne’ebe Diak hamutuk nain 20 ho nia pursentu 40%,Hahalok Fuma ne’ebe Ladiak hamutuk nain 30 ho nia pursentu 60%.
Iha peskiza ida ne’e uja métodu Diskritivu Kualitativu.
Konkluzaun :Bazeia ba esplikasaun iha leten mak hakerek nain hetan konkluzaun mak hanesan tuir mai nee:
Koñesimentu ne’ebe mak pasiente Tuberkuloza sira hetan iha sentru saúde komunitária Remexio,maioria husi koñesimentu diak hamutuk respondente 40 ho nia pursentu (80%).Hahalok fuma ne’ebe mak pasiente Tuberkuloza sira hetan iha sentru saúde komunitaria Remexio, maioria husi hahalok fuma ladiak hamutuk respondente 30 ho nia pursentu (60%).

THE DESCRIPTION TO THE KNOWLEDGE LEVEL OF THE PATIENT AND THE ATTITUDE OF THE SMOKING ABOUT AN INSIDENT OF LUNG TUBERCULOSSIS DISEASE AT COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER AT REMEXIO , ADMINISTRATIVE POST OF REMEXIO, AILEU MUNICIPALITY, TINAN 2021.

Background:The data of WHO in 2017, has declared that the case of new tuberculosis have 8.8 thousand. In 2017 the 3.9 as Basil Resistance Acid (BRA) are positive. 1/3 of the world population already got the tuberculosis lise and base on the regional of WHO the major quantity which have a case of tuberculosis incident in Southeast Asia are at about 33% by the total of the tuberculosis in the world. But look by the quantity of the population have a case of 182/100.000.
The Objective of Research: To know the description to the knowledge level of the patient and the attitude of the smoking about an incident of lung tuberculosis disease at Community Health Center at Remexio, Administrtive Post of Remexio, Munisipiu Aileu, Aileu Municiplity in 2021
The Methodology of Research:This research use a qualitative method. The population in this research are at about 100 people and the sampling which the researcher took out are at about 50 people as a half of the method in this population. The technique which use to take out the data is Accidental sampling
The Result of the Research: The result in this research implement at Community Health Center of Remexio, post of administrative Remexio, Aileu Municipality are the good level of knowledge are at about 40 with 80% the level of the sufficient are at about 4 people with 5%, the attitude of the good smoking are ate about 20 people with 40% and the bad attitude of smoking are at about 30 people with 60%. In this research used the qualitative descriptive method.
Conclusion: Base on the result of the research’s above the writer had got the conclusion suc as bellow:
The knowledge which got by the patient of the tuberculosis disease had at Community Health Center at Remexio , the major of the good comunity are at about 40 respondents with 80%.
The attitude of the smoking which the patiente of tuberculosis have got at Community Health Center at Remexio are the major of the comunity which got a bad smoking are at about 30 people with 60%.
