This thesis is entitled on, “the analysis of the evaluation of the teachers and teaching and learning processes on Portuguese Language of the School Escola EBF Hau-Oli Vessoru, Uato-Lari Post Administrative of Viqueque Municipality.” The researcher writes some of the formulations as mentioned in the following: 1) How can realizing the evaluation toward the teachers in teaching and learning processes Portuguese language at the school of Escola Filial Hau-Oli of Suco Vessoru Village? 2) What is the importance of the evaluation toward the teachers as teaching staff on the teaching and learning processes in learning Portuguese language at the school of Escola Filial Hau-Oli of Suco Vessoru Village? 3) How many types of evaluation do the Portuguese teaching staff acquiring in the teaching and learning at the school of Escola Filial Hau-Oli of Suco Vessoru Village? 4) What are functions of teachers that are got from evaluation in teaching Portuguese Language at the school of Escola Filial Hau-Oli of Suco Vessoru Village? There are two specific objectives of this research study. They are consisted of a specific objective and general objectives, the specific objective is such: 1) Understanding on realization of evaluation toward the teachers in the teaching and learning processes at the school of Escola Filial Hau-Oli of Suco Vessoru Village. 2) Understanding on the importance of the evaluation toward the teaching staff in the teaching and learning process in Portuguese Language subject at the school of Escola Filial Hau-Oli of Suco Vessoru Village. 3) Understand and identify the types of evaluation against the Portuguese subject teaching staff of Escola Filial Hau-Oli of Suco Vessoru Village. 4) Understanding the function of evaluation against the Portuguese subject teaching staff in the teaching and learning process of Escola Filial Hau-Oli of Suco Vessoru Village. The research investigation methods, the researcher uses the qualitative methods. The techniques that the writer uses are interview to compiling the data. The populations are involved into this research study are the subject teaching staff or the teachers of Escola Filial Hau-Oli of Suco Vessoru Village, Uato-Lari post administrative of Viqueque district, with the total are 13 people. The sample of this research is consisted of the subject teachers are 2 persons for representing the whole populations. The result of this research study, shows that mostly of the teaching staff understandable on the evaluation systems, has a good leisure time to understand and making daily direct evaluation toward the students in the class every day and provide also the exercise also trimesteral examination and annually
